Authentic Chicago Menu

The Original Chicago Style Hot Dog

All Beef Vienna hot dog on a poppy seed bun with mustard, neon green relish, diced onions, tomato wedges, pickle spear, sport peppers and celery salt. No ketchup.

Authentic Greek Gyro

A mixture of lamb and beef from Kronos, piled high on pita bread with tomato slices and fresh onions, topped with tzatziki sauce.

Chicago Italian Beef

Thinly sliced Vienna Beef with homemade au jus on French bread. Add marinara, mozzarella, or green, sweet or giardiniera peppers.

Chicago Combo — Italian Beef & Sausage

Two Chicago favorites together on one piece of French bread. Add marinara, mozzarella, or green, sweet or giardiniera peppers.

Meatball Sandwich

French bread, homemade marinara sauce, fresh oregano and Fontanini meatballs. Add fresh mozzarella.

Original Chicago Pizza Puff

Sausage and mozzarella cheese with homestyle pizza sauce, hand wrapped in a soft flour tortilla.

Chicago Italian Sausage

Mild Fontanini Italian sausage on French bread. Add mustard, onions, green, sweet or giardiniera peppers, or marinara.

Authentic Chicago Tamales

Two tamales with a yellow cornmeal shell surrounding tender ground beef flavored with garlic and seven secret spices. Add marinara, onions or mozzarella.

Maxwell Street Polish Sausage

Deep fried briefly to lock in the juices, then served with grilled onions and yellow mustard. Sauerkraut available.

Jumbo Hot Dog

Plain, mustard, ketchup or relish. Make it Carolina-Style with Homemade Cole Slaw, or make it Coney Island with chili and onions. Add mozzarella or homemade beer cheese.

Pretzel Bites

One dozen with homemade beer cheese. Salted or cinnamon.

Seasonal chili, potato chips, Homemade Cole Slaw, macaroni salad, potato salad, bottled soda, sweet or unsweetened iced tea and bottled water.

Cheese Pizza

Available as a 12-inch pizza or a 7-inch personal pizza.

Double cheese, sausage, pepperoni, onions, black olives, mushrooms, green peppers, sweet peppers, meatballs, gyro meat and giardiniera peppers.

Gluten-Free / Lo-Carb Pizza

10-inch gluten-free cheese pizza. Add any of the available pizza toppings.

Your Favorite Without the Bread

Our Story

Great Chicago Fire Brewery & Tap Room opened in 2016 with a simple idea: bring honest small-batch beer and real Chicago comfort food to downtown Leesburg. Over the years we’ve become a neighborhood taproom for locals, snowbirds, bikers, families and anyone who appreciates craft beer, comfort food and a place that doesn't feel like a chain.

The Chicago/firehouse theme is not decoration pasted onto a generic restaurant. It is part of the identity of the brewery, the food and the people behind it.

Fire & Police Memorial

While visiting historic downtown Leesburg, stop by our memorial dedicated to September 11, 2001, and to firefighters and law-enforcement officers who made the ultimate sacrifice. It is located at 3rd & Magnolia, one block south of Main Street.
